Ron Clark, Founder & Senior Partner
Ron founded IHR Research Group in 1976. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President at Cochrane Chase & Livingston in Southern California (now part of Saatchi & Saatchi). Ron also served in numerous marketing research and marketing positions in New York, Chicago, Detroit, and San Francisco. He has served as a guest speaker at many industry events and wrote one of the first formal interviewer training programs back in the early 1980’s which eventually led to the the development of the call center management software, CATIHelp. Ron is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Advertising and Communications, plus a graduate degree from Wayne State University.
Lynn Stalone, Operating Partner
Lynn joined IHR Research Group as a telephone interviewer, moving on to manage the phone center and oversee company-wide data collection, including fieldwork, coding and data processing. She continued her education in marketing research, transitioning to project design, management, analysis, and client account service. Lynn was named partner in 1988. With more than 30 years of experience, she has a deep knowledge of all aspects of marketing research including qualitative, quantitative and experimental methodologies. She currently manages account services for the firm, as well as the day-to-day operations. Lynn attended California State University Fullerton.
IHR Research Group was founded in 1976. Originally located in Orange County, California, IHR’s data collection and programming operations were moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to take advantage of the abundant skilled labor force in that market. Located directly across from the UNLV campus, the operation also draws from the large university population.
As one of the original marketing research data collection and support operations founded by seasoned research professionals from the full-service side of the industry, our clients benefit from, and rely on, project management by staff who have in-depth knowledge of research design, sampling and analysis.
